On this screen, there are five sections:

1. Tax File Number (TFN)
2. TFN Declaration
3. Extra Tax
4. Total Rebates
5. Withholding Rate

Tax File Number (TFN)

 On the main Tax screen, tap Tax File Number (TFN).

Step 1 

If your employee has not shared their TFN, choose from the following five options:

1. Didn't quote one
2. Applied for but not received TFN
3. Under 18, earns less than limit
4. Claimed exemption from quoting
5. Quoted an invalid TFN

If they have supplied their TFN, tap the sliding button next to I have employee's TFN.

Step 2

This provides a field to enter the employee's TFN.

On the main Tax screen, tap TFN Declaration.

Select your employee's resident status as specified on their TFN Declaration form.
