What do the icons below the employee name do?

On your employee's main screen, tap Contact. There are four icons at the top near the employee's photo:

1. Phone icon
2. Chat bubble/text message icon
3. Envelope/email icon
4. Location marker icon

Step 1

First, tap the phone icon. A pop-up with your employee's phone number will appear. If you wish to call your employee directly, simply tap Call.

Step 2

The second icon is the chat bubble/text message icon. By tapping it, a blank text message will pop up. Simply craft and send as normal. 

Step 3

The third icon is the envelope/email icon. By tapping it, a blank email will pop up. Simply craft and send as normal.

Step 4

The fourth icon is the location marker icon. By tapping it, your employee's address will pop up in Google or Apple Maps. If you wish to route to the address provided, simply tap Directions.
