These are the employee's Pay Details. On this screen, there are five sections:
- Pay Basis
- Hourly Rate
- Pay Calendar
- Default Hours Per Week
- Default Pay Items
Pay Basis
On the main Pay Details screen, tap Pay Basis.
Pay Basis
Step 1
If you are paying your employee an hourly wage, select Hourly. If you are paying them an annual salary, select Salary.
Hourly Rate
On the main Pay Details screen, tap Hourly Rate.
Hourly Rate
Step 1
Enter your employee's designated hourly rate. Tap Done.
Pay Calendar
On the main Pay Details screen, tap Pay Calendar.
Pay Calendar
Step 1
Select how often you'd like to pay your employee. If you are paying your employee every two weeks, select Fortnightly. If you are paying them every week, select Weekly.
Default Hours Per Week
On the main Pay Details screen, tap Default Hours Per Week.

Set your employee's default hours per week. You can change them at any time. Tap Done.
