On your Payroll home screen, tap Pay Calendars.
Note: These are the settings you selected when you completed your Business Setup. You can now tweak these according to your business needs.
This displays all active and inactive pay calendars. You have already set up your pay calendars preferences when you set up your business initially - this is how you add a new pay calendar.
Tap the in the upper right corner to add a new pay calendar.
Note: You cannot have more than one active weekly, fortnightly or monthly calendar at one time.
Select how often you'd like to pay employees by tapping Pay Frequency.
Select Fortnightly, Weekly or Monthly from the scrolling menu at the bottom of your screen. In this example, we've selected fortnightly.
Select your Start Date.
Select your Payment Date.
Tap Make Default Pay Calendar if you wish to make it the default for future employees. Tap Add.
All pay calendars that you've created will be visible here. Tap your newly created pay calendar (fortnightly).
To change any of the details, tap Edit in the upper right corner.
